This weekly class combines children's books and yoga to offer a special experience for toddlers, preschoolers and their caregivers! Each class will feature a different theme or author. Children will learn poses, sing songs, and play games while exploring new movements and social skills. Classes are filled with fun, and an opportunity to get energy out, but also provides quiet time for kiddos to sit and be still. Mindfulness is incorporated through creative present moment thinking activities utilizing their senses, some are with movement and some are promoting stillness. Caregivers fully participate in class and no previous yoga experience. Best for ages 2-5. Register at mywpl.org.
